All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated on our site.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship products in a timely manner. However, delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. The physical goods are sent through different courier providers as per as the best availability, We do not promise or can guarantee delivery timing as they are individually handled by the respective service provider. 

8. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed separately and is incorporated into these Terms. Please review our Return Policy for more information. We stand behind our products and craftsmanship. However, given the nature of the products and to keep our costs low, we do not offer returns or exchange. We request you to verify your products before placing the order. If you are confused or need assistance regarding any product please feel free to email us or call us on our number and we’d be more than happy to assist you. 
However, if your products arrive damaged, please feel free to give us a call us or send an email at info@krishnacollections.ca as soon as you discover the fault and we can reach a resolution.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Krishna Collections or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Krishna Collections and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krishna Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
